This is a coached speed and stregnth workout with Coach Joe Falcone. All levels are welcome- group will workout in the Mission Bay parking lot west side of Duffys. Pay by the month or session. Classes vary from either Tuesdays or Wednesdays – 1 per week. All schedules for the month will be on Facebook events and Meetup.com. Meet and be ready to workout at 5am sharp.
The session starts with a warm-up run, drills and light exercises to loosen up and then a different main set bootcamp each week. Every workout will be a new challenge. Coach Joe is a multiple 100 mile race finisher, death racer, Extreme Obstacle Racer, Firefighter, Dad and WEBE Junior Coach and will get you in better shape while keeping you injury free.
